Accessibility statement for beskæftigelse.dk, prepared for Danish public-sector expectations.
This statement covers the web application surfaces in this repository, including municipality pages, theme pages, chat, signals, and story pages.

Beskæftigelse.dk is light-mode only. The previous half-shipped dark
mode (next-themes toggling class="dark" for visitors with system
dark, but no .dark token override on most surfaces) produced partial
inversions in dashboard chrome only and read incorrectly in NVDA's
theme-aware verbalisation. As of S-118 (Batch 29) the application
explicitly disables system-theme detection (enableSystem={false},
defaultTheme="light"), removes the studio ThemeToggle, and strips
dark: Tailwind utilities from the cited Studio surfaces.
A future ship of dark mode is gated on a complete .dark token sweep
plus an NVDA contrast pass on every shipped surface. Re-enabling without
that work re-introduces the same partial-inversion bug.
